Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor, is most well-known for his part in the tv show Law & Order Special Victims Unit. The first time he became interested in acting was in his early college days. He was a student of acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been in TV and films, however it was his smaller-screen roles which earned him fame and an enormous fan base. The ability of his characters to appear from both sides of the law is a draw for viewers. In the first television show in which he was the lead of a killer.
